The house parking is accessed from the back, which is: Carrer Carreró No. 12.

Parking Tip: We recommend reversing the car into the space across the street first, then driving forward into the parking spot for easier access.

(Note: The parking gate does not close automatically — you must open and close it with the remote. And please remember, it is only suitable for small to medium-sized cars!)

Check-in & Check-out

Check-in is from 3:00 PM.
Check-out is until 11:00 AM.

🏡 Access Instructions:

Upon arrival, you will find a green shutter on the main door.
The shutter will be open, as I control it remotely via a smart lock.
Just behind it, on the left side, you will find a key lockbox.
Enter the code 1209 to open it.
Inside the lockbox, you’ll find a set of keys to access the apartment.
Once inside, there will be another set of keys and the parking remote on the entrance table.

Before leaving, please make sure to turn off the lights, switch off the air conditioning, close all doors, and ensure everything is in order.

House Rules:

🏠 No parties or events. Please respect the neighbors’ peace and avoid loud noises after 10:00 PM.
🚭 Smoking is not allowed inside the house.
🔌 Turn off lights and air conditioning when you're not at home.
🔑 When leaving, please return the keys and the remote where you found them.

Trash Disposal:

In Colonia de Sant Jordi, selective waste collection is carried out. Please leave the garbage outside the house according to the following schedule:
